Course Description

A study of literature written by women from Ancient Greece through the 18th century.

Course Objectives

The ability to read, write and talk about early women writers with intelligence, insight and eloquence

  • Close Reading: 20%
  • Context Paper: 20%
  • Article Analysis: 15%
  • Research Paper: 35%
  • Reflective Essay: 10%
