Workshop themes include, but are not limited to: overcoming burnout, creating a sustainable classroom, creating a self-care ethos and practice, self-care as professional development.  All workshops are reflective and experiental.  The main goal is for participants to create their own unique self-care ethos, rituals and practices to help each person find their inner strength, self-compassion, positionality and self-care regime and support team.
